Individual sessions are charged at £80. I require payment during the week after each session. Payment can be made by BACS, Card or in Cash.
I offer a number of heavily discounted slots for those with a financial barrier to long term therapy. I am happy to discuss this with you during our first session together.
I am able to deal directly with insurance companies, too.

I offer both short-term focused counselling and open-ended therapy and counselling. Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place either in person at discreet practice rooms, or online via a secure video platform. I see clients in person in both London and Surrey each week.

We begin with an initial, no-pressure consultation to discuss what brings you to therapy, what you are looking for from our sessions and how we might work together. I can answer any questions you might have and most importantly you can get a sense of whether we are a good fit before committing to regular work. This can take place online or in person.

Some people feel more comfortable with a fixed number of sessions, or short-term counselling (typically 6 to 12 weeks) that might focus on a specific issue, life transition, or immediate goal. If you are coming via referall or via health insurance, this is often the process. Open-ended therapy allows us to work together without a fixed timeframe, offering space to process deeper questions and long-standing patterns at your own pace.

If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, no fee is payable. If you cancel with between 24 and 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the session fee is payable. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend, the full fee is normally payable. Once I receive your cancellation I will make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative appointment, subject to mutual availability. If we agree to reschedule the session, no additional cancellation fee will apply to the original appointment - the new session will replace the old. Exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis, reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law. If I cancel, you will not be charged and I will endeavour to offer an alternative appointment.
