I believe that you are always the expert in your own experience. My work is client-led, person-centred, and compassion-focused. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where your pace and priorities guide our sessions. Through listening, presence, and collaboration, I aim to support you in navigating whatever is on your mind with depth, clarity, and kindness.

I am trained in Person-Centred therapy, incorporating an integrative approach that spans CBT, Transactional Analysis, Transpersonal Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches. My academic background is in Theology, in which i focused on the cultural value of modern religion, new religious movements, and medieval mysticism. Before qualifying as a therapist, my career was in property development, which I balanced alongside creative ventures. I value people, relationships, and helping others build things.

I built a craft brewery from scratch in 2017 called Friendship Adventure. While the name was lighthearted, its core purpose was serious: creating a warm social space rooted in community and connection. Stepping away from that business gave me the courage, time, and opportunity to train as a therapist.

Alongside private practice, I am a Listening Volunteer with Samaritans and a former Trustee and Chairman of a charitable trust that spent nearly two decades funding UK organisations focused on social betterment and emotional health.

I live in Surrey and practice locally, in London, and online. Outside the consulting room, I enjoy running (quite slowly), practicing yoga, and writing essays on modern interpretations of medieval mysticism on my Substack.

LinkedIn is dreadful for your emotional wellbeing, but if you’d like to connect professionally, you can find me here.
